Digital Downloads Return Policy:

As the products we offer are digital downloads, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds once the purchase has been completed and the digital content has been delivered. However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise, and we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction.

Return Eligibility:

Returns and refunds will only be granted in the following circumstance:

  1. Non-Delivery Digital Download: If you have not received the digital download(s) you purchased within the specified delivery timeframe, you must contact us within 3 days from the date of purchase to request a refund. Delivery should be immediate so if you didn't receive it email us and we'll get it right over to you. Proof of non-delivery must be provided.
  2. Tracking Number Shows Delivered: If you purchased a physical book that we mailed to you and you did not receive the book but the delivery logistics provider such as UPS, USPS, etc. tracking number shows it was delivered you may not request a refund.
  3. Delivery with Tracking Number Shows Undelivered: If the tracking number shows it hasn't been delivered and it has passed the expected delivery date you may request a refund by emailing designinglifeco@gmail.com.

How to Request a Refund:

To request a refund for non-delivery, please contact our customer support team at DesigningLifeCo@gmail.com within three (3) days from the date of purchase. Please provide the following information in your refund request:

  • Order number
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for refund request
  • Any relevant documentation or proof of non-delivery

Once we receive your refund request and verify the non-delivery of the digital content, we will process your refund within [number of days] business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Exceptions:

Please note that our return policy applies only to digital downloads. It does not apply to any other products or services offered by DesigningLifeCo. Additionally, refunds will not be granted for:

  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse
  • Compatibility issues (please ensure your device meets the minimum requirements before purchasing)
  • Unauthorized use or sharing of digital content
