Digital Downloads Delivery:
As a provider of digital downloads, we offer instant delivery of purchased products. Upon completing your purchase, you will receive an email containing a link to download the digital content. Please ensure that the email address provided at checkout is accurate to receive your download link promptly.
Digital Download Delivery Timeframe:
Digital downloads are delivered instantly (within a 2-3 minutes depending on internet connection) upon completion of your purchase. You should receive the download link via email within a few minutes after your transaction is processed successfully. If you do not receive the email within this timeframe, please check your spam or junk folder. If you still haven't received the email, please contact us at DesigningLifeCo@gmail.com for assistance.
No Shipping Fees on Digital Products:
Since our products are digital downloads, there are no shipping fees associated with your purchase. You will only be charged for the cost of the digital product(s) you select at checkout.
Physical Books
We ship our products 2-3 times a week so a tracking number should be generated within 24-48 hours after ordering and it should be shipped within 24 hours of tracking number generated.
Please note, all shipments are dropped off at satellite USPS offices, not at the main distribution center and some evenings they scan packages before bringing them to the main distribution center and some evenings they don't. We have no way of controlling that so if your package tracking number was generated and it's been 24 hours and it still isn't showing 'accepted at facility' then please be patient and wait another 12-24 hours and it'll be scanned the next day at distribution. We do scan all packages at the post office so we will have proof it's been dropped off however the tracking number won't officially engage until it's scanned at the main distribution center.
